Our expansive North Pool runs long and straight, making it easy to switch between casual laps and cooling off at the edge. Depths are marked for both shallower wading and more active swimming. Pale, modern tile keeps the water bright and inviting, and wide edges make it easy to step in without a fuss.
A heated spa sits just off to the side, slightly tucked away for a bit more privacy. It’s bordered by planters filled with low greenery and a few taller plantings that create a softer backdrop. It’s a quieter corner of the deck—close enough to be convenient, but separate enough to feel like its own space.
Seating for Every Kind of Day
The deck has several types of seating, so you can choose what fits your mood. Lounge chairs with side tables line the sunny side for uninterrupted sunbathing. Large umbrellas shade other sections for when you want a break from direct light. There are also smaller seating groups—modern chairs around low tables—that work well for a quick coffee, reading outside, or catching up with friends. At one end, sculptural chairs in a casual circle invite longer conversations as the day winds down.
Greenery That Feels Natural
Creating landscaping shapes how the space feels. Raised planters hold a mix of olive trees, succulents, and hardy grasses, with splashes of seasonal color from flowering plants. The mix gives the deck a softer edge and a bit of privacy without closing off the view. From above, you can see how the greenery frames the pool and breaks up the geometry of the buildings.
The Clubhouse: Bright, Open, and Comfortable
From the pool deck, glass doors lead into the North Clubhouse. The first thing you notice is the light—floor-to-ceiling windows keep the space bright through the day. Inside, the layout is open but divided into a few distinct areas: deep chairs and sofas for relaxing, long tables for group work or meals, and smaller spots for one-on-one conversation.
An elegant bar area runs along one side, with a long counter, high-back stools, and mirrored shelving accented with greenery. It’s practical enough for making a quick drink but polished enough for hosting a gathering. Warm wood, light tile, and layered lighting give the clubhouse an easygoing atmosphere that still feels considered.
